We know that following an eating plan where a variety of foods is high, is very good for our health, and this year, researchers from Japan found that there is a direct correlation between food variety and longevity.
They explain that the higher the variety of foods in the diet of the subjects, the older they grew. They found a significant decrease in all-cause mortality and risk of death from cancer, but not from cardiovascular disease.
