
Carlos Castro has always been passionate about sports and strength training. He started his career as a professional athlete in BMX and was in the top 10 of the world. He became a Strength Coach in his 30s and has produced Gold and Silver medalists in World Championships, Silver and Bronze medalists in Pan-Americans, and Gold, Silver, and Bronze medalists in National Championships, in sports such as Brazilian Jiujitsu, Speed Motorcycle, Karate, Swimming, Golf, and more.
Carlos has been certified by some of the greatest Mentors and has been teaching side by side with them for almost a decade. The amount of knowledge he gathered in that time is priceless and he still learns and experiments every day to keep his expertise up to date.
