Hi, I am Carlos Castro. I created The Strength Community to be able to share my knowledge and experience with coaches and trainers around the world, and those who want to achieve the most in their profession and make their athletes and clients faster, stronger, leaner, and healthier in the quickest and safest way.
Carlos has been certified by some of the greatest strength coaches on the planet and even taught side by side with some of them for almost a decade. Trainers who have taken courses with Carlos in the past remarkably improved their practice, and always have high praises of his knowledge.
