I’ve talked before about the health benefits of coffee, but how about green tea?
Researchers from Japan found that green decreases all-cause mortally among those who have suvived myocardial infarction or stroke in a dose-related manner:
Compared to those who don’t drink green tea, the risk of all-cause mortality decreased by:
35% with 1-2 cups per day
44% with 3-4 cups per day
48% with 5-6 cups per day
62% with 7 or more cups per day
As you can see, green tea also brings essential health benefits
