A great gluten free recipe for biscuits.
Ingredients for 6-7 biscuits:
Dry ingredients
• 100g of almond flour
• 2 tsp of fresh dill
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 3/4 tsp of baking soda
• ¼ tsp of Himalayan salt
Wet ingredients
• 1 egg
• 60g of Organic Greek Yogurt
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 180*C (350*F)
2. Combine together all dry ingredients
3. Fold in wet ingredients and mix well until the batter is smooth
4. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
5. Use tablespoon or ice cream spoon to measure and form the batter into equal biscuits
6. Bake for 10-15 min or until golden brown on the sides
7. Cool down biscuits, cut in half, and enjoy with your favorite topping
