STRUCTURAL ASSESSMENT
Identifying limiting factors and addressing them accordingly will ensure the progress and health of your client.
A balanced body is a stronger and healthier body
You might have different types of clients as a strength coach or a personal trainer. They all will have different needs largely determined by the biomechanical demands of their sports and daily lives.
It is not reasonable to think that the training program for a baseball player could be the same as one for an Ironman competitor. The same applies to the executive that is sitting behind his desk 8 hours a day, or the firefighter dealing with high-resistance tasks.
To provide your trainees with the right training guidance you need to assess their bodies’ mechanics, find the weak links, and work towards a balanced and stronger structure.
In the Structural Assessment class, you will learn how to properly assess the structural needs of the client and how to address them to ensure better performance and healthier movement patterns.
All the tools taught in class will require the most basic equipment, so they can be performed virtually at any gym worldwide.
By completing this course, you will have all the structural information to properly make the right decisions in prescribing choice and order of exercises.
Your outcome
You will know how to properly assess the client/athlete on the first meeting.
You will be able to understand, diagnose, and fix the limiting factors in terms of flexibility and strength that can interfere with the progress of your client.

If you have an opportunity to attend any of his seminars, I highly recommend you to do so."
