About coach Pierre Roy:

Pierre has been an Olympic Weightlifting Coach for almost 40 years and was the head coach of the Canadian National weightlifting team.

He has trained a large number of athletes, winning numerous medals in international competitions, including the Olympic games.
Coach Roy is a specialist in teaching and coaching the proper execution of the Olympic lifts and their variations and has developed different methods for strength and power gains.
