Carlos Castro has always been passionate about sports and strength training. He started his career as a professional athlete in BMX and was in the top 10 of the world. He became a Strength Coach in his 30s and has produced Gold and Silver medalists in World Championships, Silver and Bronze medalists in Pan-Americans, and Gold, Silver, and Bronze medalists in National Championships, in sports such as Brazilian Jiujitsu, Speed Motorcycle, Karate, Swimming, Golf, and more.

Carlos has been certified by some of the greatest Mentors and has been teaching side by side with them for almost a decade. The amount of knowledge he gathered in that time is priceless and he still learns and experiments every day to keep his expertise up to date. Trainers who have taken courses with Carlos in the past remarkably improved their practice, and always have high praises in his knowledge.

He has created Strength Community to be able to share his knowledge and experience with coaches and trainers around the world, and those who want to achieve the most in their profession and make their athletes and clients faster, stronger, leaner and healthier in the quickest and safest way. Not only is Carlos an incredible person, his knowledge surpasses even that. I routinely consult with him on my complex patients regarding the interplay of hormones, performance, weight loss, and physical training. I can not recommend Carlos enough.

Antonios with Carlos
I first met Carlos in person a few years back during my Metabolic Analytics course attendance in Marbella. I was impressed by his calm and patient character, never bored to answer questions and advise on details regarding measurements. I continue to follow Carlos to improve myself and be ahead in the field. Just recently, I’ve completed the first online Anatomy for Trainers course and I have to say that I really loved the way that Carlos presented the material. Of course, the same is true for all the previous webinars in the Strength Community, plenty of detailed and useful information exactly to the point. Thanks a lot Carlos for all the time and effort, the best are yet to come!

I’ve had the opportunity to attend classes that Carlos Castro has done as well as working with him on different projects over the past few years. I have always been amazed by his knowledge and ability to educate the trainers and practitioners that attend his workshops. He is very organized, with great subject continuity, much effective and practical workshopping, and eloquently answering questions thoroughly and understandable. Everyone left the seminars fully understanding on how to implement the material and using it to improve the quality of care for their clients.
We at NutriDyn have been sponsoring educational seminars on nutrition since I started the company in 1973….literally sponsoring thousands of seminars over the years. When we hand out seminar evaluation questionnaires after Carlos's classes, on a scale of 1-5 (5 the top), Carlos rated 5’s across the board. This is true of only the best nutritional lecturers in the world we’ve worked with….Jeff Bland (father of functional medicine), Bob Rakowski, Institute of Functional Medicine education leaders….Mark Houston, Richard Mayfield, Kristi Hughes, Joel Evans, etc. Carlos Castro ranks with the best by my experience doing and sponsoring seminars for over 40 years!
